In recent times I was happened to be with far relatioves house, whose son was studying in 10 th standard now , His parents are now eagar to get him job and they are asking like this, see you are the man to take responsibility of marrying your sisters and taking care of our house hold items.I felt what why there is so importance of work

companies should realise that human resourses can not and should not be treated like other factors of production. They have to be cared for,nurtured, developed for a long term to have long term profitability.Unless the employees can find a work life belance for themselves, how can they find it for company, both are essentially complementry.
