Most of the points which have been made are correct . Just to add on, most of people, who are articulate, persuasive and refined ,will not make politically incorrect move,,produce results, those people are and will be perceived in different class. Problem is with the people who are not in the same class but project differently and wants to getaway with their failures with the help of behavioural jugglery, these people have to be identified by management and dealt accordingly, they should be made accountable for their poor results.
