that’s a good article. it says a person should have assertive communication.
Is ther any coaching class for assertive communication. i really need it because iam a frank speaker.and iam facing problem because of this. i speak what is there in mind but i dont hurt people . but i found people who doesn’t like me tend to find fault in what i speak or look at the situation in a nagative sense. when i come to know what she understood then i realize that i didn’t even have that intention. i am fed up saying sorry to her . just because iam still a trainee over here.
